Kevin Cao Wins 2007 ISPLED Best Paper Award

ASU Prof. Yu (Kevin) Cao has won the IEEE International Symposium on Low-Power Electronics and Design (ISLPED) Best Paper Award for his paper “Compact modeling of carbon nanotube transistor for early stage process-design exploration”. The work, part of the C2S2 Silicon Infrastructure Theme, gives circuit deigner new, efficient simulation models for exploring novel circuits based on emerging nanotube devices.
