Niknejad, Sodini speak at DARPA RF Workshop

Ali Niknejad (Berkeley) and Charlie Sodini (MIT) gave invited talks at the DARPA HERMES Workshop on RF and Millimeter Wave Systems held in Arlington VA. Niknejad talked about advances in RF and mm-wave circuits done in CMOS; Sodini talked about new mm-wave imaging circuits and architectures in SiGe. Niknejad is part of the C2S2 Silicon Infrastructure Theme; Sodini leads the C2S2 Analog Circuits & Interfaces Theme.
