C2S2 Annual Review in Pittsburgh, PA- April 17-18, 2008

Welcome!

You’re invited to attend the C2S2 Annual Review in Pittsburgh, PA on April 17th and 18th, 2008. The review will be held at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association, 4215 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA. Meetings will last all day Thursday & wrap up Friday afternoon. The dinner on Thursday will be held at Phipps Conservatory.

Transportation to/from Greater Pittsburgh Airport

Express Shuttle USA (412-321-4990) is located on the lower level of the airport with the car rental companies. They provide transfer service to the Holiday-Inn Select, University Center. No reservation is required. They run every half hour from 7:00am until 11:00pm Sunday thru Friday. Fare is $25.00 one way or $43.00 round trip. (Student fare $10.00 each way with student ID) 2 hour notice, and an advance reservation, is needed for return to airport from the Holiday Inn.

Taxi and/or Limo Service also available from the Greater Pittsburgh Airport. Telephone numbers are:

Yellow Cab Company - 412-321-8100. Approximately $40.00 each way.
Gateway Limousine Service LLC - 412-860-0992. $50.40 each way. One day notice required for guaranteed pick-up.

Poster/Student information

We hope each school will select a set of students to attend. There will be a poster sessions on Thursday afternoon at which all funded tasks need to have a poster. Students, as well as faculty, should register to attend so we have an accurate count for catering and transportation to the dinner that evening.

We will print and mount your posters, here, providing you meet the poster deadline which is April 1, 2008.
